The Relics of Cardinal John Henry Newman visit Holy Family Mossend this weekend.

In anticipation of the Canonization of Blessed John Henry Cardinal Newman in Rome on October 13th , our local high school named after the soon to be named saint, Cardinal Newman HS Bellsholl are taking a 1st class relic of him to visit local parishes.

Inspired by the huge success of the relics of St Therese, the lock of hair of the Blessed Cardinal gives the local parishes another chance to venerate 1st class relics of another memebr of the communion of saints.

There will be another chance to venerate his relic after 11am Mass tomorrow at Holy Family Mossend
